The Global Network on Extremism and Technology (GNET), an academic research initiative of the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism (GIFCT) specializing in the understanding and prevention of technology used for terrorism, is featuring “The Role of the Internet in Facilitating Violent Extremism: Insights from Former Right-Wing Extremists” a recent study by Simon Fraser University’s Tiana Gaudette, Michigan State University’s Ryan Scrivens, and Project Someone Director Vivek Venkatesh.
